The same person who inspected your roof sits down with you to go over the damage and your options, including pricing and payment plans. The work then runs with a project manager on site and a magnet sweep and cleanup at the end.

On a hail claim, dented gutters and downspouts are some of the clearest evidence of hail size, and they are frequently part of the approved scope. It makes sense to have them replaced by the same company replacing the roof, so the drip edge and gutter line are installed together.
Common gutter problems on North Texas homes include sections that sag because hangers have loosened, seams that leak, downspouts that dump water right next to the slab, and gutters that were undersized for a large two-story roof. In a region with expansive clay soil, moving roof water away from the foundation is part of protecting the house.

Are hail-dented gutters covered by insurance?
Often, when the dents come from a covered storm. They are usually listed on the same claim as the roof.
Should gutters be replaced at the same time as the roof?
If they need replacing, doing both together lets the drip edge and gutters be fitted as one job and avoids disturbing the new roof edge later.
Why do my gutters overflow in heavy rain?
